Riverside Campground and Cabins is located on the river and in the mountains but is convenient to the small town of Sneedville which offers a grocery store, coffee and gift shop, hardware, gas, library, hospital, a couple restaurants, and other small town amenities. Most places of business here are family owned and operated.
Kayaking
Kayak rentals and life vests are offered at the campground or you may bring your own. Transportation is provided to drop sites. We offer 12 mile, 7 mile, and 3 mile kayak trips.

Dollywood,Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg are approximately 1hr and 30 mins away.

Elrod Falls
Elrod Falls is a beautiful 3-tier water fall approximately 9 miles from our campground. There is a nice swimming area at the base of the falls. Hancock County, Tennessee has beautiful river and mountain views. Spend a day sightseeing and don't forget your camera!
Mahala's Cabin in Vardy Valley - home of a legendary moonshiner who, because of her large size, was known by law enforcement to be catchable but not fetchable. 10 am-3pm Saturdays May thru October.
Ride "The Spider" Motorcycle Route - the route resembles the shape of a spider with numerous roads originating from downtown Sneedville. Scenic vistas with hairpin turns over the mountains, while others lead along the foothills and picturesque valleys.
